Croatian president Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic became one of the most talked world leaders though her team lost to France in the World Cup final.
Grabar-Kitarovic travelled to Russia in economy class wearing a Croatian jersey to watch the matches and to cheer her World Cup squad. She also took a picture with other passengers onboard the flight.
Grabar-Kitarovic was seen celebrating their victory days after she reached Russia to support the Croatian players. She was also seen enjoying the match with ordinary football enthusiasts instead of watching the match from luxury stadium suite.
Videos of her celebrating in the locker room with players too are doing rounds on the Internet.
After the final match on Sunday, Grabar-Kitarovic who was left heartbroken still put up a brave face. She gave hugs to players from both sides and shared a lighter moment with France president Macron, who was enjoying his team's success.
She also did a mild jig in the gallery after her team scored a goal.
