Perumbavoor: In a freak accident, a guest worker fell into a 15-feet-deep fire pit at the Universal Plywood factory here on Thursday. 

Kolkata native Nazeer (23) met with the accident around 7 am. Efforts are on to rescue the man from the fire pit. 

According to Manorama News, the fire pit was used for dumping waste from the factory.
