2 cups wheat flour
¼ cup boiled rice
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp yeast
Salt, as required
Water, as needed
Oil, as needed

In a mixer jar, blend boiled rice, fennel seeds, yeast, sugar, and some water
Add this mixture to the wheat flour
