Ingredients
2 cups wheat flour
¼ cup boiled rice
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp yeast
Salt, as required
Water, as needed
Oil, as needed

Preparation
In a mixer jar, blend boiled rice, fennel seeds, yeast, sugar, and some water
Add this mixture to the wheat flour
Incorporate 2 tbsp oil and salt into the mixture; mix thoroughly
Gradually add enough water to form a soft dough
Set the dough aside for at least an hour
Heat oil in a pan
Knead the risen dough again and shape it into lemon-sized balls
Roll these balls into medium-sized disks
