The house that exudes the classy elegance of contemporary architecture stands on a 4 cents plot. Architect Linson Jolly of DelArch Architects and Interiors has done a fabulous job, designing a splendid abode that suits the likes and interests of the family members.
Designed in 1850 sqft, this delightful dwelling has a car porch, sit out, living and dining areas, patio, two bath attached bedrooms and a kitchen with an adjacent work area in the ground floor. Meanwhile, there is a bedroom, balcony and an open terrace in the upper floor.
The spaces, though compact, has been wisely arranged to make the interiors look beautiful and comfortable. The interiors are furnished minimally without congesting the spaces with unnecessary furniture or other décor.
The car porch has aluminum sheet as its roof. The grand elegance of customized furniture is the highlight of the formal living area. The unique grace of simplicity makes the rest of the interiors stand out too. The dining table is simple yet classy. This along with the rustic tiles on the floor grants a mesmerizing charm to the dining area.
The open kitchen too is part of the dining area. The quaint kitchen has cabinets done in plywood with mica lamination. Black granite has been paved on the counter top while tiles in white color are used on the pantry top.
