Dennis’ brand-new mansion at Pulimavu near Kanjirappally is now the talk of the town for its elegant exteriors. The family settled in Australia desired a colonial-themed house and the architect made sure to fulfil their dream. As the main road passes through both sides, the elevation has been designed to grab views from three sides.

The house might look like a single-storey structure from the outside. However, the facilities of two stories have been arranged in this house. Interestingly, GI truss roof has been installed over the flat roof. The tile-paved sloped roof plays a pivotal role in granting a regal charm to the structure. Meanwhile, the cavity space between the roofs ensure that the interiors are cooler. The simple designer elements and a graceful colour theme that is soothing to the eyes are the highlights of the exteriors.

Interestingly, the house has been designed by ensuring greenery, natural lighting and excellent cross ventilation. Designed in 4500 sqft, this colonial-style mansion has a sit-out, formal and family living areas, prayer space, dining area, kitchen with a work area, four bedrooms and bathrooms. Besides, there is a bedroom and a balcony on the upper floor.

An automatic shuttered door in the dining area opens to the veranda. Meanwhile, the staircase made with teak wood steps on steel frame acts a charming designer element in the interiors. The hand railings with toughened glass finish add a touch of chic elegance to the staircase.

The storage cabinets in the kitchen and work area are done in WPC finish. Meanwhile, the attached bathrooms in the bedrooms have been separated into wet and dry areas.

The family is happy that their dream dwelling looks perfect and has all the modern amenities. The house is often visited by their friends and relatives to take notes to be used as reference while building homes.
