Thiruvananthapuram: One person died and five children were injured after a bus belonging to the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) knocked down a waiting shed in Thiruvananthapuram's Aryanadu on Wednesday morning.
Soman Nair, who suffered grave injuries, died in the afternoon after he was admitted to the Medical College Hospital in Thiruvananthapuram along with the other injured soon after the accident at 9.15 am at Inchhapuri.
The concrete roof of the waiting shed collapsed in the impact, trapping the six beneath it.
