Classic pasta primavera recipe

Pasta primavera is a creamy dish which are rich in vegetables. The fresh flavours of these vegetables are wrapped in cheese, fresh cream and white wine making it more flavourful. This one is a perfect recipe you can easily serve up for dinner.

Ingredients
250 gm penne pasta
1 carrot (cubed)
2 mushrooms
1 cup green beans
1 cup baby corn
1 cup asparagus
1 cup yellow zucchini
1 cup green peas
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 tbsp garlic (chopped)
1 white onion (diced)
25 gm butter
2 tbsp fresh cream
Parmesan cheese as per taste
Olive oil as required
White wine as required
Lemon juice as required
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder
Parsley (chopped)

Preparation
Add a pinch of salt and some olive oil into boiling water
Add the penne pasta and cook al dente
Drain the pasta and keep aside
Reserve the pasta cooking water
Heat some olive oil in a pan
Add garlic, white onion and carrots
Add diced mushrooms and deglaze the pan with some white wine
Add chopped beans, baby corn and asparagus
Stir well
Add diced yellow zucchini, green peas and halved cherry tomatoes
Add butter, fresh cream and a squeeze of lemon
Add some pasta water and mix everything well
Add salt, previously cooked pasta and parmesan cheese
Mix well
Garnish with grated parmesan and chopped parsley.
