½ cup ghee
2 big bananas (cut into six pieces)
½ cup melted jaggery
1 tsp cardamom powder
Preparation
Heat ghee in a pan and roast the banana pieces
When the bananas turn golden brown, add the melted jaggery and mix well
Cook for three minutes before adding cardamom powder
Give it a good mix before serving in plantain leaves.
