Here's a healthy ragi drink that can be a great pick at the end of a day. It's also a powerhouse of iron and is excellent for those who are anaemic. It is incredibly easy to prepare this tasty drink.

Ingredients
2 ½ cups water
2 tbsp millet powder
Jaggery as needed
Sugar as needed
Salt as needed

Preparation
Mix the millet powder in water
Boil this mixture until it is reduced to one cup
Meanwhile, stir continuously so that no lumps are formed
You could add jaggery, sugar or salt as desired
Enjoy this drink while it is hot or after it has cooled down
