Kanole is a sweet delicacy made from whole wheat and jaggery. Top it with srikhand or kheer, kanole is the best dessert one could try at home during the lockdown.

Soak the rava in 1/2 cup water for 15 minutes in a bowl

Let the dough rest for 30 minutes

Make balls from this dough and roll each ball into thin rotis with the help of some oil

Repeat this process for all the balls

Place all the kanole on a steamer and steam for 10 minutes
