Want to make quick melting lollipop cake in bite pieces? Your kids will love it for sure.

Ingredients
½ kg cake
¾ cup cream cheese
2 tbsp melted butter
Sufficient quantity ground sugar
1 or 2 tbsp milk
½ cup chocolate chips
Sufficient quantity white / brown chocolate
Gems / sprinkles for topping

Preparation
Crumble the cake with hand
Mix cream cheese, melted butter, sugar and milk together and beat well
Add the ground cake to it and mix well
Add chocolate chips and mix (Do not add milk in excess)
When it is ready to be rolled, roll into small balls and keep
Sprinkle a little milk if it has gone dry
Wrap each ball well with a plastic wrap and keep in fridge
Take it out when it is well set. Remove plastic wrap and pierce through lollipop stick
Take white or brown chocolate in a bowl and temper it (Melt the chocolate by placing the plate inside boiling water)
Lay each ball on butter paper after dipping and covering with molten chocolate. (Do not keep in fridge. This is to avoid it getting soaked)
It can be served after topping with gems or cake sprinkles
It can be served with fruits like melon, pineapple, papaya, etc
