This tasty grilled fish could be prepared using just three ingredients

Grilled items are quite popular among foodies and those who are trying to shed weight. Even though most people enjoy grilled chicken, fish too could be grilled using the same masala and ingredients. Interestingly, tons of recipes are available in the internet to prepare tasty grilled items and that shows their popularity among food enthusiasts. Here we bring you a three-ingredients recipe that helps you grill fish easily.

Gourami or hamour fish (butterflied)
Garlic paste
Tamarind pulp

Marinate the butterflied fish with garlic paste and salt
Keep the marinated fish aside for at least an hour
Burn the charcoal
Grill the marinated fish for 8 – 10 minutes
Brush some tamarind pulp on the fish
Grill for two more minutes
Garnish the grilled fish with a simple salad of tomatoes, green chillies and onion
Tasty and juicy grilled fish is ready.
