Moroccan cuisine is similar to ours and many ingredients familiar to us, like turmeric powder, ginger, garlic, cinnamon stick, cumin powder and tomato-based gravy are used in their cooking. The Moroccan lamb chops are known to be quite tender, and juicy and leave an aftertaste that makes you crave more. They are often served with salads. Here's the recipe for the amazingly flavourful dish:

500 gms lamb chops
20 gms garlic paste
10 gms chopped parsley leaves
5 gms chopped mint leaves
100 ml olive oil
15 gms paprika powder
10 gms cumin powder
3 gms turmeric powder: 3 gram
Salt to taste
20 ml lemon juice

Marinate the lamb chops with the all ingredients and keep it to rest for 6 to 8 hours
Grill the marinated lamb chops in a charcoal grill, on slow heat, for 10 to 15 minutes
