A cool healthy home-made shake

This mixed shake is a storehouse of vitamins and proteins. The anti-oxidants rich fruits make the shake best for strong hair and supple skin.

Ingredients

1 cup grated jaggery

10 cashew nuts

10 almonds

10-15 raisins

1 cup coconut milk

1 tbsp basil seeds

1/4 tsp cinnamon powder

1 tbsp honey

1 kiwi

Papaya

Pomegranate

Preparation

Take water in a pan and melt the jaggery.

To it, add cashew nuts, almonds and raisins and mix well.

To one cup of coconut milk put basil seeds and keep it to cool for 4-5 hours.

Add 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder and honey and mix well.

To a glass add pomegranates, chopped kiwi and papaya.

Pour the coconut milk mixture over the fruit mixture.

Add the jaggery coated nuts to this mixture. Repeat the layers.
You can put your choice of fruits.
