Chicken shish kebab on tawa

Kebabs are loved by almost all non-vegetarians everywhere but may seem a bit daunting to make. Do not worry if you don't have access to eateries that will serve you hot kebabs whenever you want them. Here is how you can make shish kebabs at home without an oven or a grill.

Ingredients
1 ½ cup boneless chicken mashed
½ cup chopped coriander leaves
2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp pepper powder
½ tsp garam masala
2 green chillies
1 egg
1 tbsp vinegar
Salt to taste
2 tsp butter
3 tbsp cheese
½ cup bread crumbs

Preparation
Blend the first set of ingredients coarsely in a mixer
Add cheese and bread crumbs to it and mix well
If the mixture sticks on your palm, add bread crumbs to adjust the consistency
Keep the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
Make balls with the dough and mount it on a bamboo skewer and shape. Pour butter on the hot tawa and place the skewer
Flip the sides and roast on low flame
Serve it hot with tomato sauce.

Notes
Dough can be stored in fridge for future use.
