3 tbsp soy sauce

Add the all purpose flour slowly to make sure that all the pieces are nicely coated

Add some water and mix well

Make small balls from this veg mixture

Keep these balls in the fridge for at least half an hour

Rub some water on your palms so that the mixture wouldn't stick while making balls

After half an hour, fry the veg balls in hot oil on medium flame

Heat oil in a pan and sauté ginger, garlic, green chillies and spring onion

Add the bell pepper and sauté until it turns soft

Now add the spring onion stem and coriander leaves

Into it add the tomato sauce and soy sauce

Mix well

Add the fried veg balls

Mix corn flour in some water and add into the dish

Stir until the gravy turns thick and glossy

Garnish with chopped spring onion and coriander leaves

Tasty veg Manchurian is ready.
