Sugar-free oats roll

This easy snack that has the goodness of oats and nuts is sugar free and is healthy as well. Here is how you could easily make the sugar free nuts and oats roll.


1 tbsp oats
20 dates
4 tbsp pumpkin seeds
20 pistachios
50 gm white sesame
4 tbsp peanuts
2 tbsp red cranberries
50 gm tutty fruity
2 tbsp apricot
25 gm raisins
20 almonds


Remove the pits from the dates 
Grind the seedless dates into paste
Dry roast the oats and keep it aside
Grind the oats into fine powder after it has cooled down
Dry roast the white sesame as well
Fry the pumpkin seeds, pistachios, peanuts, red cranberries, tutti fruity, apricots, raisins and almonds in 1 tablespoon ghee
Keep these aside to be used later
Add 1 tablespoon more ghee into the same pan and add the dates paste
Sauté well
Into it add the oats powder and mix well
Now add the dry fruits, nuts and half of the roasted white sesame
Mix everything well together
Roll them into cylinder shape
Sprinkle the rest of the sesame seeds on top
Wrap the roll in aluminium foil and pop it in the fridge for 2 hours
Cut into small pieces or shape of choice enjoy.
