Ingredients
½ cup all-purpose flour
Salt as required
1½ tbsp sugar
A pinch of baking soda (optional)
1 tsp ghee
Preparation
Into a bowl add the all purpose flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and ghee
Knead well by adding water as required
Keep the dough aside for at least 15 minutes
Roll the dough into a thin sheet
Cut the dough sheet in small diamond shapes
Fry the diamond pieces in hot oil
Sprinkle powdered sugar over the diamond cuts if you prefer having them sweet.
