2 cups all-purpose flour (maida)
1 tbsp melted vanaspati (dalda)
Salt as required
Water as required
All purpose flour required to flatten the dough
¼ cup melted vanaspati
1 ¾ cups crumbled chocolate cake
1 ½ tbsp chocolate sauce
Oil to fry

Preparation
In a bowl, add the all-purpose flour, melted vanaspati, salt, and water
Knead into a dough with the consistency similar to chapathi dough
Keep aside for half an hour
Make small balls from the dough and flatten it, using a rolling pin, into puri-like shapes of 3 inches
Rub the puris with melted vanaspati, sprinkle some flour and place another puri on top of it
Make as many puris like this as possible and rest them for 10 minutes
Sprinkle some flour and flatten each set of attached puris again like chapathis
Heat a tawa and lightly roast the flattened chapathis on it. It shouldn't change its colour or get cooked
Separate the attached chapathis and cut off its two edges in ¼ inch width
Cut the rest into two
Fold the chapathi pieces into cone shapes
In a bowl mix the crumbled chocolate cake and chocolate sauce and make small balls
Place a chocolate cake ball inside each chapathi cone
Seal these cones using the all purpose flour mixed with water
Heat oil in a pan and fry the samosas until golden brown
Drizzle chocolate sauce over and serve hot.
