Easy oven-less chocolate biscuits

Many mothers often struggle to prepare different and delicious tea-time snacks for their kids. Biscuits have always been the favourite snack of children and mothers are only too happy to serve them store-bought biscuits. However, some kids don't like snacking on biscuits. Try out this simple recipe of chocolate biscuits which could be baked without an oven. These crispy biscuits are delicious and would surely be enjoyed by your kids.

Ingredients
½ cup butter
¾ cup jaggery powder
1 ½ cup wheat flour
1 ¼ tsp baking powder
4 tbsp cocoa powder
3 tbsp milk
For filling
1 cup roasted peanuts
2 tbsp cocoa powder
4 tbsp jaggery powder
1 tbsp coconut oil
Hot water as required

Preparation
Mix the butter and jaggery powder in a bowl
Sieve the wheat flour, cocoa powder and baking powder together into it
Mix well
Add the milk and mix it into soft dough
Add a tablespoon of milk if required
Place some dough on a sheet of butter paper and roll it in medium thickness
Cut out biscuits in desired shapes
Place a vessel with thick bottom on the stove
Heat it up on medium flame for 5 minutes with the lid on
Place a stand inside this vessel
Arrange the biscuits in a greased tray and place it on the stand
Bake for 20 minutes
The baking time would alter depending upon the thickness of the dough and the vessel
Take the lid off after 15 minutes and check whether the biscuits are baked
The biscuits are done when it changes color and rises up a bit
Allow the baked biscuits to cool down completely, else it would crumble
To prepare the filling add roasted peanuts into a blender and crumble it
Into it add the cocoa powder, jaggery powder and coconut oil
Blend well
Add the hot water and mix well to attain desired consistency
Pipe this filling over a biscuit and place another one over it.
