Proverb has it that every fall holds a lesson on how to rise. Irrfan Khan, one of the versatile actors of Bollywood, had been diagnosed with a rare type of neuro-endocrine tumour earlier this year. Battling cancer is definitely not an easy game. Despite the shock, the actor had also written a heart-warming note on his Twitter, saying that he was tasting the magical side of life for the first time. “I'm a part of trial-and-error game,” the actor wrote sarcastically.

After taking a short break from active social media engagements, the actor has updated his Twitter profile picture on July 15 Sunday, with a latest photo in which he looks leaner but jovial. The 51-year-old is undergoing expert treatment for his disease in London, at present. He is seen standing outside a window wearing a yellow t-shirt, with ear-phones plugged in. He also wears a bright smile, which blankets his weak figure. The picture is seemingly clicked in London by one of his close relatives.

The Padmasri awardee had tweeted before he moved to London that the 'unexpected' makes people grow. “Learning that I have been diagnosed with neuro endocrine tumour as of now has admittedly been difficult, but the love and strength of those around me and that I found within me has brought me to a place of hope. The journey of this is taking me out of the country, and I request everyone to continue sending their wishes,” he said in his earlier tweet.

Irrfan Khan also hadn't forgotten to answer the rumors, by saying that 'neuro' is not always something related to brain. “Googling is the easiest way to do research. To those who waited for my words, I hope to be back with more stories to tell,” the actor added in his last tweet which he posted before he moved to London.
