'My only worry about marrying Mukesh was how my parents would take it, though there had been discussions of all kind,' Methil Devika says.

Mukesh is a simple man, asserts Methil Devika as she opens up about her married life with the popular actor. "My only worry about marrying him was how my parents would take it, though there had been discussions of all kind,” she says in interviews to television channels. “I was worried of my father and mother at the time of my wedding.

"Whatever I built up in my industry 'vanished' with that,” says the reputed dancer. “Today if you Google Methil Devika, you get links related to Mukeshettan alone. Nothing is permanent, everything keeps changing. All that opens me up to more experiences.”

"Mukeshettan is indeed a bit worried about his bulged belly. Sometimes he comments about it, standing in front of the mirror," Methil Devika says.

She said Mukesh loves culinary experiments. “He is more fond of fish items. He has dinner only at home, even if the shoot gets over at 11.30 in the night. He doesn't like having dinner outside. "Sometimes, it spells trouble for me. I have to rush through. His belly has bulged a bit because of such night treat. Mukeshettan is indeed a bit worried about that. Sometimes he comments about it, standing in front of the mirror. "I keep telling him that doesn't matter, reassuring that Mukeshettan remains Mukeshettan because of his figure. "There's no need to deliberately change it. In any case he is committed to an exercise regimen, that's enough.”

"We are building a house of our own,” Devika says. “Since he's busy I look after the work. He scolds me harshly if anything goes wrong. Mukeshettan flares up all of a sudden, but one doesn't really feel any heat. He's short-tempered only with his nearest and dearest. There's nothing beyond that in such anger. He mostly fights with me more than anyone else. Initially, I used to get upset. Later, I realised it was no big deal. Mukeshettan is such a simple man.”
