Filmmaker Shrikumar Menon was seriously injured after falling off from a moving escalator. The accident happened at Mumbai airport while he was on his way to Kochi.
According to reports, he lost balance and hit his face on floor and his jaw got fractured. He was taken to a private hospital soon after where he underwent an emergency surgery.
The post-production work of his upcoming movie 'Odiyan' is currently progressing in Mumbai and Chennai. Meanwhile, the doctors have advised him for an implant surgery on Tuesday and rest for two weeks.
His much-awaited movie 'Odiyan' starring Mohanlal in the lead is slated to hit screens by December 14.
