The Malayali audience is eagerly waiting for the release of the mega budget Mohanlal-starrer 'Odiyan'. The movie directed by Shrikumar Menon will hit the theaters on December 14. Now, the director has revealed that the film's narration would be done in the deep and charming voice of mega star Mammootty.
Sharing a picture of him with Mammootty in front of the mike at the recording studio, Shrikumar Menon wrote on his Facebook post, “Thank you Mammookka. It is your mesmerizing and thunderous voice that completes our Odiyan.”
Earlier, Mammootty had done the narration for Major Ravi directorial ‘1971 Beyond Borders’, starring Mohanlal. Meanwhile it was Mohanlal’s serene voice which was heard in the Mammootty starrer historical drama 'Pazhassi Raja'.
The makers of 'Odiyan' hope that the movie would be the perfect treat for the loyal fans of both the screen idols.
The screenplay of 'Odiyan' is by national award winner Harikrishnan. The action choreography is done by Peter Haine who stunned the audience with his thrilling action sequences in 'Pulimurugan.'
