Young actor Antony makes May Day a memorable one for his father

Young actor Antony Varghese, who made his Mollywood debut through Lijo Jose Pellissery's 2017 movie Angamaly Diaries as Vincent Pepe, made May 1 – the International Labour's Day – a special one for his father.

Antony paid a tribute to his father and it is winning hearts on social media. Antony shared a picture of his father and his autorickshaw with the caption, "Happy International Labour's day...This is my father. Took a photo of him when he came home for lunch today."

Antony had shared on social media about his modest family background. Antony earlier stated that his mother would often say that the family was never invited for any functions happening in the neighbourhood due to their financial status. However, now people from even far away places come to invite them for celebrations at their home.

Netizens have hailed Antony for the humble gesture and are showering praises on the actor's father for his determination and hard work.

On the work front, Antony was last seen in Tinu Pappachan's 2018 movie 'Swathanthryam Ardharathriyil'.
