Manikandan reveals his biggest regret in life

×

Actor Manikandan Achari is on cloud nine after he shared screen-space with superstar Rajinikanth in Petta. There was no looking back for Manikandan after he got his big break in Kammattippadam. He has become a busy bee in Mollywood after he won the Kerala State Film Award for the best supporting actor. Subtle acting, lively screen presence and enthusiasm sets him apart in the film industry.

Still, this Ernakulam youth regrets one of the crucial decisions he took in his life. Onmanorama caught up with Manikandan R Achari to ask Just One Question: What is one thing that you regret the most in your life?

“Discontinuing education,” Manikandan answered without a second thought. The actor revealed that he discontinued his studies after Class 6. The reason was neither financial difficulties nor adverse circumstances in life, said the actor, but mere laziness and impudence.

Manikandan said he gained knowledge later from his own experiences in life and theater.
