To the excitement of the movie lovers, Kerala’s first 4 DX theatre has been opened in Kochi. PVR Cinemas brings the unique cinematic experience of 4DX at their screen in Lulu Mall. Marvel Studios’ latest superhero flick Spiderman: No Way Home is the first movie to be exhibited at the PVR 4DX here. Meanwhile, cinema enthusiasts are thrilled that the fabulous visual experience that was earlier available only in metro cities like Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi and Hyderabad could be enjoyed in Kerala too.
Specially designed 116 motion seats have been arranged here. Beyond regular viewing, 4DX technology assures a mesmerizing and unique cinema experience. The audience feels as if they too are part of the film. The winds, snowfall, thunderclaps, rains and even smell could be experienced as if they are real. Special effects and high-tech motion seats are responsible for granting such a unique viewing experience.
2 K projectors and 7.1 Dolby sound effects have been readied as part of the 4DX experience. PVR owns 19 4DX screens in 12 major cities in India. AC servo motors have been fitted on the 4DX motion chairs to control the speed and movements. Action movies, adventure and horror films and animation movies are best experienced on 4DX screens.
