A video of a man dressed in caveman attire went viral on social media recently with many claiming he was none other than Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan. The man is shown roaming the streets of Mumbai even as he navigates through the traffic and enjoys some panipuri and pushes a wooden trolley, much to the amusement of the public.

However, now, as per Hindustan Times, a source close to the actor revealed the reports are false and the man in the video is not Aamir Khan. "The man roaming the streets of Mumbai in a caveman-like costume is not Aamir Khan. Kindly do not believe any such statements, as all of them are false," the source reportedly said.

The rumours began as the video emerged just days after a new ad for a fizzy drink featuring Aamir Khan dropped on YouTube. In the video, Aamir is dressed as a caveman and he is seen dancing along with the other actors.

Meanwhile, Aamir is busy promoting his son Junaid’s film and was spotted attending the screening of his son Junaid Khan’s debut film 'Loveyapa.' The event, held in Mumbai, drew the glitterati of the film industry, with several celebrities including Aamir’s daughter Ira Khan, legendary actress Rekha, Dharmendra, cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar with his wife, Anjali Tendulkar, political leader Raj Thackeray, and many other big names from the industry, showed up to support Aamir’s son’s big screen debut.
