Indian cricket and Bollywood has a fascinating relationship over the years. The two spheres have always coexisted since the time cricketer Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi married the then Bollywood diva Sharmila Tagore and the tradition continued with present-day actress Anushka Sharma tying the knot with Indian skipper Virat Kohli.
Now if reports are to be believed there is another love story happening and this time it is between famed actor Sunil Shetty's daughter and actress Athiya Shetty and cricketer K L Rahul.
According to sources Athiya and Rahul started dating around this February and now they call it 'serious'. A picture posted by their mutual friend Akansha Ranjan is also trending.
However, there has been no official confirmation on the report from Rahul or Athiya. Rahul was earlier in news owing to his alleged relationship with 'Jannat' actress Sonal Chouhan.
Rahul is currently with the Indian team in England taking part in the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019.
Athiya Shetty made her Bollywood debut in 2015 film 'Hero'. She has also acted in 'Mubarakan' opposite Arjun Kapoor. On the work front, she is currently filming Motichoor Chaknachoor.
