While one asked 'what’s her intention' in doing this, another user wrote, 'she's doing these as she's not getting films'. One even borrowed a dialogue from 'Kumabalangi Nights' saying, 'Enth prahasanam aanu malu' (what kind of a show is this Malu) and 'these are all dirty things' mentioned another.

This is not the first time that the actress been receiving such comments. Earlier, she shared a photo in which she was seen wearing a white tank top and blue shorts and many came questioning her character.

Malavika then had an epic reply to shut the trolls. She had posted another photo from the series and wrote, "So many comments and opinions about how a respectable girl should dress. On that note, here, take one more picture of me sitting very respectably wearing whatever the hell I want to wear :) (sic)".

And we are sure, nothing is going to deter the actress.

On work front, Malavika has reportedly signed Mira Nair's next project - a series on Vikram Seth's A Suitable Boy. Unfortunately, Malavika's Telugu debut with Vijay Deverakonda has been shelved.
