Will not commit the folly of marrying again: Nisha Sarangh dismisses marriage rumors

Nisha Sarangh has become a household name playing the chirpy Neelu in the popular sitcom Uppum Mulakum. Her natural acting prowess has won her millions of fans, making her one of the most popular mini screen actors in the state. Besides, the role had earned her more offers to play amazing characters both in serials and movies too.

However, Nisha’s name has been in the news lately for a different reason. Rumors have been rife that the actress is all set to get hitched.

Some media even went a step ahead and wrote that Nisha will tie the knot before her younger daughter marries. However, the actress couldn’t help but laugh out loud when she was asked about the same. In a candid interview, Nisha Sarang opens up about her personal life and also about her latest projects.

“I too have seen the news. However, I can assure you that they are completely false,” vows Nisha.

In fact, it was a joke that she said during an interview for actress Anu Joseph’s Yotube channel that had set the rumor mills clunking. Nisha would often tell her younger daughter that she would be happy and peaceful after marrying the latter off. But, the daughter replies in a witty way that she would get married only after Nisha gets hitched to someone. Nisha says her daughter isn’t interested in getting married anytime soon. So, she teases her mother by joking about Nisha’s wedding instead. When Nisha said this in the interview, her words were twisted and news began appearing that the actress would get married soon.

“I have decided not to get married again. In fact, I wish that I do not get married. I have already said this. However, no one can predict what would happen in the future. Everything happens as per the circumstances. This is true not just in my case but for everyone. I could have gone places had I possessed the power to predict future,” laughs Nisha.

Not again Nisha vows that she has no intention to commit the folly of getting married again. She says she isn’t interested in deliberately walking into a trap. “I have already made the mistake of marrying once. I can’t do that anymore. Now I am happy and that is the most important thing.

Earlier, when my kids were little, our condition was pathetic. I had often wished that we could have lived a good life had their father been a good man. That didn’t happen then. Should I do the blunder of marrying again now that I am able to support myself?” asks Nisha with a smile.

Nisha, meanwhile, is busy playing a handful of roles both on the mini screen and silver screen. The web series Pappanum Padminyum aired on the Youtube channel Khus Khus is a super hit.

She is also awaiting the release of the movies Meppadiyan and Prakashan Parakkate.
