Alphons Joseph’s Cross Roads Music School to enthral music lovers in Kochi on Vishu

A musical concert by the choral music group of Cross Roads Music School owned by noted signer and composer Alphons Joseph would be held on April 15 at the Kalamassery Rajagiri Kindergarten school auditorium from 6.30 pm onwards. Entry is free for the public. Contact 98959 24108 for more details.

The Cross Roads Community Choir has been gathering once in a week at Pathadipalam and Panampilly Nagar in Ernakulam from August 2022 onwards. The community choir which consists of more than eighty singers from various walks of life is trained by vocal and choral music trainer Jeev Mathew.

The choral musical troupe of Cross Roads Music School presents patriotic songs, Hindustani bhajans, western classical music, broad way, Gospel, Jaz and contemporary music in a unique manner.

It was in 2013 that Alphons Joseph opened the Cross Roads Music School in Kochi. The music school that is affiliated to the London Trinity College of Music, Media and Entertainment Skills Council and Avid Learning Partner has centres in Pathadipalam and Panampilly Nagar.

More than four hundred students inside and outside Kerala learn vocal music, instrumental music and music production. Online coaching facilities too are available here. Experienced teachers have been roped in to provide world class training that merges modern technology, contemporary syllabus and traditional training methods.

Songs in unique musical styles are presented every week, at various places, by the community choir in order to strengthen social bonds and inspire social awareness.
