Jagan, the eldest son of filmmaker Shaji Kailas and yesteryear diva Annie has been passionately following his dream of serving delicious food. He clearly takes after his mother, Annie, whose love for food and cooking is quite well known. The ‘Rings By Annie’ restaurant opened by Jagan at Kowdiar in Thiruvananthapuram has become a favourite hub of foodies even within a short while.
Jagan was just a student when he successfully ran an eatery called the Samosa Point for three years. It was this experience which gave him the confidence to open his brand new restaurant, ‘Rings’, which serves delicious South Indian, Continental and Chinese dishes. Annie says that it is an excellent opportunity for her audiences who admire her super hit cooking show Annie’s Kitchen to actually taste her food.
Lots of celebrities have already dropped in at the Rings to taste the delicious food served by the filmy family. Young sensation Tovino Thomas is the latest celebrity to join that list. Tovino, who is a foodie himself, arrived at the restaurant to enjoy the delicious food and also the warm hospitality. He was welcomed by Shaji Kailas, Annie and their kids and everyone had a great time enjoying some good food.
