Ragi wheat dosa

Ragi is the buzz word among the health conscious lot. When you need to detox and rejuvenate, switch to the healthier version of everything you can't keep away from—case in point, dosas!

Ingredients
1 cup ragi powder
¾ cup wheat powder
1 onion, sliced very fine
1 green chilli, finely chopped
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 sprig curry leaves
Salt, as required
Oil, as required
Buttermilk, as required

Preparation
Take ragi powder, wheat powder, onion, green chillies, cumin seeds, curry leaves and salt in a large bowl
Add buttermilk (or curd diluted with water) to this mix and blend well to the consistency of the dosa batter. Make sure no lumps are formed
On the dosa pan, pour half cup dosa batter in a round shape. There's no need to flatten it down
Sprinkle some oil around the dosa and wait for it to cook
Flip and let it cook on the other side
Healthy ragi dosa is ready to be served with chutney
