Here are bananas in a new avatar, as lollies!
Welcome to banana lollies, yummy to bite into and easy to make.
1 large banana
5 tablespoons coconut
Sugar as required
4 tablespoons butter
½ teaspoon jeera
Lightly fry the finely chopped ripe banana along with four tablespoons of butter, till it turns gooey
Add in the coconut, jeera and sugar
Turn off the flame when the banana mix comes off the sides of the pan
When it cools, make small balls and cover them with bread crumbs
Heat oil in a pan and fry the banana balls
Delicious banana lollies are ready!
