60 ml passion fruit syrup
3 Thai chillies
5 ml sriracha sauce
90 ml water
Add the passion fruit syrup and sriracha sauce to crushed Thai chillies
Add enough water
Strain the drink before pouring it into the serving glass
Garnish with orange or lemon zest.
