The elevation is designed in the straight line format by perfectly blending the spectacular features of the traditional and the contemporary architectural styles.

Sunil chose a perfect spot near the Nileshwaram town in Kasaragod district, Kerala to build his brand new house. Though closer to the town, this serene spot isn’t much affected by the bustle of the city. The elegant house that has all the facilities required for a middle class family is complimented by the beautiful nature around. The structure is built by retaining the mango tree that stood on the plot. The front yard is designed by paving stones and lush green grass in alternate layers.

The house is smartly designed to make it look trendy and chic. The elevation is designed in the straight line format by perfectly blending the spectacular features of the traditional and the contemporary architectural styles. The shades of red, white and black that are commonly seen on houses in the Malabar area dominate this house as well. Meanwhile, the mesmerizing shade of greenery strikes the perfect contrast against these earthy tones.

The cutting edge design element of the elevation is quite interesting. This unique element that features on the compound wall as well is what connects the elevation with the interiors. It is such a trendy and spectacular design elements that make this house stand out.

On the compound wall, this element is highlighted with CNC patterns on GI sheets. This could be seen on the exterior walls, the ceilings inside the house and the walls as well. Besides, these designer elements welcome lots of pleasant sunshine that illuminate the interiors spaces. The fact that the unique features of the exteriors are repeated inside the house as well, without losing its soul, is the highlight of this dwelling.

This amazing house, designed in 2400 sq ft area, has living and dining spaces, pooja area, stair area, a show kitchen and a working kitchen, two bath attached bedrooms and a common toilet in the ground floor. Meanwhile, there is an upper living area, study space and two more bedrooms and a balcony too in the upper storey. The interiors are designed in the open style by avoiding partition walls as much as possible.

The long windows, the vertical pergolas and the door cum windows let in sun light and cool breeze abundantly. The spiral staircase, closer to the dining area, is another highlight of the interiors. The majestic charm of teak and glass makes this staircase a designer element as well. Custom-made furniture that perfectly suits the theme and the special features of the spaces add to the overlook of the house.

Black granite is paved on the counter top in the kitchen. Meanwhile, the shutters of the cupboards are made using MDF. Tiles and stones are used for flooring here. A wooden breakfast table completes the kitchen area.

The bedrooms are designed following straight lines. The neutral shades of hues and huge windows make these space - efficient rooms look vaster and spacious.

There is an open balcony in the upper storey. Instead of a wall, this area is highlighted using glass. This balcony is the perfect place to soak up the soft sun rays in the evenings or enjoy the beauty of the surrounding nature. This house is designed by attributing such special qualities to each space to make it unique and scintillating.
