The structure is built by leaving lots of space in front. This actually projects the majestic look of the house in all its glory.
Interestingly, the walls are higher than the usual measurements. Lots of air vents find place on these high walls which ensure excellent cross ventilation.
This spectacular mansion that sprawls in 6000 sq ft area has a spacious car porch, sit-out, formal and family living areas, dining space, courtyard, five bedrooms and kitchen with work area. The car porch is spacious park two vehicles. From here, one could enter the house through the open sit-out.
The main door opens to the foyer and the mini courtyard. The interior spaces are designed in the semi-open theme by avoiding walls to separate the spaces. Meanwhile, customized semi-partitions are used to ensure privacy. Exquisite Italian marble is used for the flooring which adds a regal charm to the interiors.
