Moreover, my grandfather was a chavittunadakam artist. I may have inherited his gene as well. I didn’t study after plus two due to financial crisis in the family. I then began doing odd jobs to earn money. After sometime, I did a course in make-up. I worked as a make-up assistant in many movies,” says Jijo.

Jijo had worked as a make-up assistant in the big budget Nivin Pauly starrer Kayamkulam Kochunni. He says he had worked continuously for around four years in that movie. He had saved some money from his remuneration and had availed a loan to build a new house in 2018. Jijo says he was the happiest man on the day of the house warming ceremony.

“It was during that time that a friend of mine planned to start a Youtube channel and a comedy web series. He offered me a role in it.
