The elevation features the classy square shape.

This fabulous abode in the ‘Orange City’ of Nagpur is a fine example of a house built on a very small plot. The owner Suraj wanted a decent house that had all the facilities for a four-member family. The house built in just 3.75 cents was completed on a moderate budget of Rs 25 lakh. It is the compound wall that safely separates the rectangular plot. Interestingly, this compound wall becomes a part of the house in the interiors. The front yard which is paved with natural stones and lawns is designed in minimal space.

The elevation features the classy square shape. The spectacular colour combination of orange and white enhances the amazing features of the exteriors. The car porch and the sit out are on either side of the structure. This makes the house look huge and spacious.

Designed in 1500 sq ft area, this beautiful house has a sit-out, car porch, living and dining areas, kitchen, pooja space, utility space, courtyard and two bedrooms. The front yard, paved with natural stones, has a bit of greenery as well. Planter boxes and courtyard are part of this house as it is in an area that doesn’t have too much greenery. There is a wicket gate and also a bigger gate for the vehicles here.

The sit-out and the living and dining areas are designed in the open style. The interior walls don the serene charm of the white hue. The large windows and the side courts make the interiors vaster and roomy.

The wall in the side court is highlighted with stone claddings. The plants here add a hint of greenery. The pooja space is arranged in this area. Besides, the wash area too is close to this space.

Though the house is single storied, a stairway has been built to the roof top. This is a smart move in case the family decides to build an additional floor in the future. The stairway, meanwhile, is built using MS and wood.

The bedrooms, dining area and the kitchen are extremely functional. The tables and chairs are made in timber. Meanwhile, the kitchen cabinets are done in PVC laminates. The counter top is paved with granite. The kitchen is designed in ‘M’ shape to add more storage space. There are countless features in this amazing house that could inspire anyone who wishes to build a moderately budgeted smart house in a small plot.
