The structure is rectangular to complement the rectangular shape of the plot. The clay tile cladding on the double height wall is a splendid designer element that adds a unique dimension to the elevation.

Designed in 100 sqft, this spectacular abode has a sit out, foyer, living area, dining space, pooja space, kitchen and a store room, a bedroom in the ground floor. Meanwhile, there are two more bedrooms, a storage space and balcony in the upper floor.
The foyer and the living areas have been unified into a spacious hall. The stairway, meanwhile, is in the formal living area. The vertical hand railings of the stairway look chic and modern. The open dining and kitchen make the spaces look and feel spacious.
The wash area with a pedestal wash basin is compact and doesn’t take up too much space in the dining area. A beautiful wooden partition is what separates the wash area. Interestingly, the space beneath the stairway has been turned into a storage area that is lined with cupboards and cabinets.
A parallel kitchen seemed like the best idea in this house that is built on a smaller plot. However, lots of cabinets and storage spaces have been arranged here to make the kitchen space efficient. A common bathroom too has been arranged close to the kitchen area.
