South Indian megastar Kamal Haasan's actress daughter Akshara Haasan has found a place in the list of film stars who own a house in Mumbai. The house is located at Khar, west Mumbai. The plush apartment is 2354 sq ft in area.
As per reports, the apartment costs over Rs 15 crore. The luxury abode is on the 13th floor of the 16-storey luxury tower Ekta Verve. Akshara will be able to use three car parking spaces in the apartment complex.
The flat that earlier belonged to a Bandra couple was registered in Akshara's name on September 27. Ekta Verve is the boutique project of Ekta World Group that houses 3BHK, 4BHK, and 5BHK apartments. The tower has 18 apartments and a duplex and most of them are 5BHK flats. The features catered to the residents in the tower include a swimming pool, a gym that matches global standards, a sky lounge, private elevators, and the list is endless.
Though Akshara has decided to reside in Mumbai, Kamal Haasan's houses are located in Chennai. The house in Alwarpet where the stalwart was born is still maintained. Kamal Haasan had shifted to the house in the posh area on Boat Club Road two years ago. The actor has houses at various locations in South India and also in London.
