Wedding videos are no more the old simple documentation of a marriage ceremony. They are cinematic and most often at par with any artistic visual creations. Quite naturally, eventful instances in such videos become viral on social media and sometimes make it to the news headlines as well.

Here is such a hilarious video of a bride and groom falling into the river when their boat overturned and capsized amid 'action' of a photo shoot.

The funny incident happened while filming a save-the-date video for the wedding of one Tijin and his fiance, Silpa.

The duo was sitting in a boat in a small river while the crew was filming a scene. The visual was supposed to have the couple holding a huge plantain leaf above their heads as if to shield themselves from rain while bridegroom would be kissing his partner.

The shot was ready and the assistants splashed water water from the river to give the 'rain' effect. The cameraman instructed the couple to smile romantically at each other and asked the groom to kiss when water 'rained' on them.

The 'rain' came and the cameraman shouted, “Kiss now”. But as the bridegroom leaned to kiss his fiance the boat rolled over and sank throwing the couple off into the river.

The crew looked stunned as the duo quickly got back to their feet in the shallow waters.

The visuals of the incident was uploaded on the internet by Wedded Planners, the establishment that filmed the save-the-date video.
