Jakarta: Indian archers lost to South Korea in the women’s compound team event final of the Asian Games and ended up with sliver, here on Tuesday.

The Indian trio of Muskan Kirar, Madhumita Kumari and Jyothi Surekha lost to South Korea 228-231 in the gold medal match.

India took the opening set 59-57. But the South Koreans bounced back by clinching the next 58-56. The third set was tied 58-58. But the South Koreans sealed the final set 58-55 to emerge victorious.
