What to see there
The gorges of Muthukoramala can be very dangerous. It is a steep ravine thousands of feet deep. Hence, standing on the top of the rock can be risky. The cold wind that keeps blowing makes the spot even more dicer. Having said that, Muthukoramala is like a paradise with its foggy surroundings, flickering clouds, and distant views.
Muthukoramala is definitely known as the Meesapulimala of Kottayam. The forest area is about three kilometres long and is covered with grass, rocks, small shrubs and trees. One can enjoy a beautiful view of nature by climbing up the towering grass. From the top of the cliff, which can be seen in all 4 directions, one can see all 4 districts.
