Ruhbir has been an avid believer of the mantra 'do what you love' and 'make your do's hold utmost purity'. He has been holding that belief as a yardstick since the beginning of his career to guide him. Whatever he found interesting, he jumped on it and enjoyed till he did and then continued forward to the next one. This approach made him start his career as a graphic and web designer in 2007 as an independent consultant while he was still studying in his UG college.

His growing interest in that field made him take it as a full-time career after college and he joined MarkAce Marketing Pvt Ltd in Chandigarh in early 2010. After that he switched roles for being a business analyst, associate product manager at Markace, performance marketing manager at ibiboGroup and then country lead for Enterprise Measurement solutions at Google and wore multiple hats in all those roles. With his ever-growing portfolio of programmes and products under his care in the past two years, he is currently leading partnerships programmes for Google Marketing Platform at Google India as well.
