Actress Ayesha Takia, kin threatened; hubby seeks help

Bollywood actress Ayesha Takia, who is known for her roles in 'Wanted' and 'Dil Maange More', has been getting threatening messages since past few days on her phone. Shockingly, her sister-in-law and mother-in-law also have been allegedly harassed with threatening messages.

The actress’ husband Farhan Azmi took to Twitter and wrote, “My wife @Ayeshatakia, mother & sisters are being harassed, threatened stalked by a litigant, @MumbaiPolice #dcpDahiya refusing to answer my calls or messages. #DahiyaIPS has illegally frozen our bank accounts Dear PM @narendramodi ji @SushmaSwaraj Pls intervene!! #betibachao.” (sic.)

Farhan’s sister is seven-months pregnant.

Later, Farhan revealed that he finally got a call from the police officials who assured him of taking appropriate measures.
