The trailer of 'Kayamkulam Kochunni', the first periodical drama featuring young superstar Nivin Pauly in the title role, was released on Monday. The trailer promises that the film will be an all-out entertainer chronicling the eventful life of the kind-hearted thief, played by Nivin.
The trailer gives a glimpse of the action and romance that is in store. The trailer also shows the grand scale in which the film has been made, especially in recreating the locations of a bygone era.
Apart from featuring the heroics of Kochunni, the trailer also offers a look at the much expected cameo of Mohanlal, whose rugged looks in the film had made waves among his fan base.
Mohanlal plays the role of Ithikkara Pakki, who is said to be Kochunni’s mentor in robbery.
Kayamkulam Kochunni also stars Priyanka Thimmesh, Priya Anand, Babu Antony and Sunny Wayne among others. The film directed by Rosshan Andrrews is produced by Gokulam Gopalan. Sanjay-Bobby duo has penned the script.
