Fahad Faasil responds to allegations; says he has changed for movies
Fahadh Faasil has been accused of putting on an air and graces of a ‘super star' and many say that the actor refuses to give his date to even renowned film-makers.

Award-winning actor Fahad Faasil has wowed the Malayali audience with his nuanced performances in many super hit movies. However, the young actor has found himself in the center of many controversies in recent times. He has been accused of putting on an air and graces of a ‘super star' and many say that the actor refuses to give his date to even renowned film-makers.

Meanwhile, Fahad clarifies that he has never put on an air and that he hasn’t refused dates to anyone. “If at all I have changed, it is for the sake of my characters. I would consider a movie only if it excites and satisfies me. I have nothing else to think," says the actor.

Fahad says that he was hopeful when he made a comeback to movies after a long sabbatical of eight years.

Fahadh: reluctance as a reason to act
Fahadh Faasil is an elemental actor who perpetually refuses to act.

Fahad had backed out of noted film-maker Mani Ratnam’s upcoming Tamil movie Chekka Chivantha Vaanam. He said he had decided to opt out of the project as he couldn’t relate to the story or his character in the movie despite trying hard. The actor added that it was not the first time that he had said ‘no’ to a Mani Ratnam movie.

Meanwhile, Fahad Faasil will next be seen in the Malayalam movie Varathan directed by Amal Neerad. Mayanadhi fame Aiswarya Lakshmi plays the female lead in the film which is slated to hit the screens soon.
