Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan left the country on Sunday for the US for medical treatment.
On Monday morning, actor Mohanlal who is known to share a good rapport with CM posted a photo of his along with the CM and wished him a speedy recovery for his undisclosed illness at the Mayo Clinic, Minnesota.
Mohanlal wrote, “Get well soon Honourable Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan Sir” (sic). Meanwhile, excited fans are busy talking about the get-well message. While many followers were curious to know about the CM's disease, a few took it the other way asking if Mohanlal was trolling CM.
“What made Lalettan post this”, asked one while another slammed the actor saying “Is this for next year's award?”
